First off let me say this is all designed to help keep the flow and integrity of the game. Unfortunately we have run into issues and bumps due to people not putting enough effort into the game. There are many reasons why I insist and demand you update your tokens on limbo and get treasure sorted out after session. You can get with me throughout the week if you need to go right away but its best if you do it right away. This is not meant as a punishment but more of a deterrent. So now here is what I plan to enact as of Saturday's game session.
Consider this your warning.
1. First action I will take is that I will begin awarding EXP and loot options to the other players.
2. If there is continued tardiness and unprepared macros there will be further consequences. Secondly I will then deduct experience from your sheet personally as punishment for wasting everyone's time.
3. This is the last step in this process and hopefully I do not have to go this far. I will assign you not only all of the above for the session but I will give you penalties for that game session. Such as -2 on all roles that you do for that game session.
4. Lastly if I have to go beyond that last step I will remove you from my game and make arrangements to have you replaced.
